Appellate advocacy is a specialty. It has been George's for three decades.

Based in Houston and licensed in Texas and Hawaiʻi, George handles direct and interlocutory appeals, mandamus and original proceedings, insurance coverage disputes, governmental and municipal litigation, federal civil rights claims, and commercial arbitration.

His work spans hundreds of appeals and significant statutory-interpretation cases — from the Texas Tort Claims Act and Open Beaches Act to § 1983, Title VII, ADA, CERCLA, and ERISA — in courts from Galveston to El Paso.
